It’s been a busy summer at Schultz, and we recognize how hard everyone involved has been working to meet the unique, complex, and demanding nature of our projects.
This season, our collective efforts are leading to an enormous amount of work, perhaps more than ever before. This achievement is a testament to the daily grit and pride everyone involved brings to their role - something we can all be proud of.
Whether building in the field, supporting behind the scenes, or collaborating as a valued partner, it’s the combined effort of our employees, subcontractors, clients, engineers, suppliers, and vendors that makes Schultz thrive. Across the board, people have been putting in long weeks and working hard while maintaining a relentless focus on safety, respect, and pride in their work.
These aren’t just words on a wall—our values show up every day:
We are World Class Safe: Our projects are complex, and we’re proud of how our team and partners look out for one another.
We are Respectful and Fair: To each other, to our clients, and to our partners. That’s a reputation we earn through how we show up.
We Take Pride in Our Work: It’s visible in every detail, every resolved issue, and every successful handoff.
We know this season hasn’t been easy—and it’s far from over. But we want to say thank you. Thank you for giving your best, for keeping safety front and center, and for representing Schultz with professionalism and pride.
Let’s keep looking out for each other and keep up the great work.
